Docusign Integration

Send, track, and store signed contracts with Greyball’s DocuSign integration — streamline execution without leaving your legal workflow.

DocuSign Integration

Greyball’s DocuSign integration makes it easy to send, track, and store contracts for signature — all from within your legal workflows. Whether you're reviewing an NDA, finalizing a vendor agreement, or managing high-volume sales contracts, Greyball lets you handle execution without switching tools.

What This Integration Enables

With the DocuSign integration, you can:

  • Send contracts for signature directly from Greyball after review or redlining is complete
  • Track signing status in real time — see who’s signed, who’s next, and what’s pending
  • Automatically store fully executed contracts in your connected storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box)
  • Maintain version history of the signed document, linked to the original intake request or playbook action

How It Works

Connect your DocuSign account - In your Greyball workspace settings, go to the Integrations tab and authenticate your DocuSign account.

Monitor signing status
Track progress directly in Greyball — no need to leave the app or chase signatures manually.

Store the signed version
When complete, Greyball automatically saves the signed document in your integrated storage with full audit trail metadata.

Setup Requirements

  • A valid DocuSign account (Business Pro or higher recommended)
  • Workspace Admin access in Greyball to enable the integration
  • At least one connected storage provider (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) if you want automatic saving

Security & Compliance

We use secure, OAuth-based authentication to connect with DocuSign. All documents are transmitted via encrypted channels, and Greyball never stores your DocuSign credentials. Executed contracts are stored in your linked storage provider, not Greyball’s servers.
